Important Delinquent Tax Dates

The Tax Sale for the 2024 delinquent tax bills will be on Wednesday July 16th, 2025 at 10:00 AM

Dates To Remember

1) ½ page advertisements June 5th, 2025

2) Advertisement of delinquent bills list June 16th, 2025

3) Third party purchaser prior year bills (priority bills) register by June 30th, 2025 with list and registration fee at a rate of $5.00 each bill for prior years and $10.00 each bill for current year. however, total registration fee shall not exceed $250.00 third party purchasing prior years must pay registration fee and total amount of tax bills being purchased.

4) Third party purchaser for current year registration date July 6th, 2025. A rate of $10.00 per bill. However, total registration fee shall not exceed $250.00 a 25% deposit of total value of current year bills supplied to us for the upcoming tax sale. There will be a 100% of total value required to purchase prior tax bills. the money taken in will be applied to sale date. There will be a ten working day processing period, then refunds will be issued. the amount due on tax bills being purchased the day of sale shall be paid in full.

5) Date of sale July 16th, 2025, at 10:00 am at the Logan County Clerk’s office (old courthouse court room)
